My progress rolled back.
Today, I played a lot of apex. I got to either level 496 or 497. I can't remember exactly, because I wasn't really paying super close attention. The reason I am making a post is because I got a 2k game with Valkyrie for the first time (2045 I believe), and I had that badge equipped. I noticed in a game that that badge was weirdly no longer equipped, so I went back in to put the badge on, and it was gone, and I was back to level 492. Then, I went into my stats for the day, and noticed my stats were my same stats from yesterday. I know because I was having an awful game yesterday with the new season, and today when I finished playing this afternoon, I had a much more respectable K/D ratio. I'm not sure what happened, so if I could get some insight on this issue, I would really appreciate it. I'm not super worried about a 2k badge (though I would like to be able to use it), but if this is an issue that affects other people, it could be a serious problem.
I've had this same problem the last two days and it's really demotivating. It happened yesterday, we were playing ranked arenas for a couple of hours and did good progress on my battlepass aswell, then I log in the next day and all the progress I did the previous day was gone. I brushed it off as a one time thing and played today aswell. This time I only played for a bit, went to play another game, and when I returned it happened again. I genuinely can't play the game until the bug is fixed, as all progress I make gets wiped when I log off.

This * again. I also lost my progress from last session. I gained a level or 2 of battle pass and now am demoted. But i still can equip the music kit which is unlocked next level.. ffs
This is happening to me as well, none of my progress is saving and I keep getting no pushed back to the level I leveled up from. All the apex packs I receive don’t even show up either, the daily pack keeps saying I didn’t pick it up even tho I did. This is aggravating I might just stop playing this game if it continues. I’ve been dealing with this for 2days already, and it’s getting so hard to be motivated for this game.
