What happens when the bug occurs? The points are not adding up in rank
What should be happening instead? It should of counted the points I had earned
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give us the points back that we had earned
I had gotten 150 plus rp and I had gotten to plat 1 and some how the points didn’t register and I am still at plat 2
- @500100757 I have the same issues gained 200+ points in ranked and arena and every 5games it gets reset to the original and had stats reset on fuse after a server error

EAHelp has tweeted Respawn is investigating the issue currently.
Try this until then to prevent further data loss:
1. Launch Apex.
2. Go into Data Centre.
3. Switch your server to a server with Low Ping, different from your previous server.

This didn’t work. I have two pictures showing the bug, and my loss of progress I’ve been playing since season 10 to get master. I would of had it by now as well. Can we please obtain are points gained?? Looking through my match history you can clearly see I shouldn’t still be on 7774
I am having the same issue, won 3 games last night and should be halfway through diamond 2 but it still says i am d3. It is really frustrating!!!!!!!
- @500100757 Same thing. I’ve played so many games, but the points won’t get added on and I’m stuck at 2308 points. I should be in silver 1 right now.
