Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. after game stats
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Had logged off after just hitting level 280
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 5 or 6
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11/8/2021
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? i get to level 280, it shows my kills. then when i check, everything is the same as before.
What should be happening instead? i should be getting my level, and kills added.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i'm not too sure. all i did was log off after opening an apex pack.
All of my data stays the same as when i first logged off after opening the apex pack
- @illsoldierd It happened to me as well and i am on the ps4 my level doesn’t go up so as my battle pass tiers it levels up but when i log off it goes back to the level before i started playing

Same issue here.
I just bought a PS5 and downloaded apex but now every time I log out of apex it forgets any progression I made during that gameplay session.
I checked and the issue is also on my PS4 so I suppose it's an account issue.
I am having this issue on PS5 as well. Keeps resetting my battle pass progress and my level. I level up to level 34 and it resets it to level 33 every time.

I have the same issue. Since The 13.07 i cant Level anything. Player Level, battelpass or even The Arena Event. Everything is gone once i Log Out. I played until Level 26 in the battelpass and got Reset to Level 21 and cant Progress since.
I am also experiencing this bug. It removed badges earned, kills and wins. In general everything earned.

Im playing on PS5 as well and all my progress keeps reseting. Battle Pass, Level, Badges revert back to an earlier point. The resetting of my progress starts as soon as i log off and on again.
I can even replicate this error when playing on my old ps4.

How severe is your issue? Very severer, while i can still play and dont make any progress and even my paid Battle Pass is affected
What happens when the bug occurs? All XP, Badges, Wins, Kills revert back to an earlier state. For example i still have to craft 10 items at a replicator, i craft the items ingame, and once i log back in all progress is gone.
What should be happening instead? i should be getting my level, and kills added.

I have gotten news from @EAHelp that Respawn is investigating the issue currently and hopefully should release a fix today.
Try the following steps to try prevent this issue from happening again:
1. Launch Apex.
2. In the home screen, access data centre.
3. Pick another server with a low ping but different from the one you was previously in.

This didn't work for me I'm afraid but hopefully it works for some
i’ve been doing challenges with my buddy and my battle pass level is the same and so is my flash event tracker, my challenges are not progressing.
- @illsoldierd Same it just resets to the exact level and won’t change after a match or few.. Couldnt play bc of it
Playing on PS4, currently experiencing this problem the game keeps bumping me back to level 19 even if I'm already supposed to be halfway through 20. Moreover, my kills and wins with seer keep resetting back to 100 and 6 respectively, even if that's not what it's supposed to be anymore. The challenges I completed reset too. Hope it gets resolved soon.
- @illsoldierd I am having the same issue too. It unequips all the skins I have back to some previous time. I lose progress but I still have the BP items. Weird.
