Same issue here.
I just bought a PS5 and downloaded apex but now every time I log out of apex it forgets any progression I made during that gameplay session.
I checked and the issue is also on my PS4 so I suppose it's an account issue.
I am having this issue on PS5 as well. Keeps resetting my battle pass progress and my level. I level up to level 34 and it resets it to level 33 every time.
Same thy need to fix that
Same issue for me. When i log out resets everything to previous session. Currently stuck on BP level 21. Battle pass and weekly challenges.
