Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Happend in Battleground and Arena
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Logging out and back into the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 13.08.2021 and 14.08.2021 Germany
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? All XP, Badges, Wins, Kills revert back to an earlier state. For example i still have to craft 10 items at a replicator, i craft the items ingame, and once i log back in all progress is gone.
What should be happening instead? i should be getting my level, and kills added.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dont know. All of my data stays the same as of yesterday 13/08/21 miday ft6r1
Im playing on PS5 as well and all my progress keeps reseting. Battle Pass, Level, Badges revert back to an earlier point. The resetting of my progress starts as soon as i log off and on again.
I can even replicate this error when playing on my old ps4.

- @the_last_booomer I am level 266 when i level up to 267 log off and come back my level resets back to 266
I’ve been grinding ranked BR and today (8/13/21) I notice that I hit tier 21 and level 148. I played another game and for some reason I again hit the same tier and level. This is very frustrating because then there’s no point in playing the game if nothing is tracking correctly. SMH.
- @averageblackboi Same like imagine playing for 5 hours just to realize that you didn’t accomplish anything and everything resets
Exactly. I’m glad I’m not the only one but clearly there’s a problem. But now my question is 1. Will it get addressed so ppl that are having it happen can enjoy the game again? 2. If it’s been going on for some time now why it hasn’t been fixed ?

When I log out of the game I get reset to my stats from about 2/3 days ago
Yep yep me too just noticed it today. All battle pass, daily progression and weekly progression resets on every login to its previous point. It tells me im getting premium currency every time but the amount never goes up. Very confusing.

- Same exact thing I was playing Arena Ranked on my ps5 while I was streaming as well and well I started the stream at 4832 points after 3 hours I had reached 5500 points, I went to the firing range to warm up a little and after I returned back to the lobby my points where reset to the exact same number 4832 so I kept on playing to get my points back I reached almost 5550 points logged out and now 30 minutes ago I logged in after 10 hours to see that my points had been reset to the same exact number 4832. Wow just wow. I am speechless. (Happened 13/08/21 and today as well 14/08/21)
Yup! I've gotten the exact same problem. I played a bunch of ranked games yesterday and I went from Silver I to almost Gold III; however, when I loaded the game again now to get on, all my progress from yesterday has been reset and I've been put back to Silver. It shows my progress with gold in the lobby on my nametag however, in in-game and the mode selection menu, it shows it as silver. I tried playing a game to see if it was just a visual bug but my RP loss was the same as in silver. I also closed and restarted the game but it hasn't changed multiple times.I never realised that my kills and other stuff were reverted too but now that I think of it, I think they have as well. I included a pic as well!
