Hello, I am losing game progress over the last few days, most notably I have twice been promoted to platinum with an 8 kill game, only for it to scrub the game off, send me back to gold 1 and deduct 100-300 points.
Please can this be looked into? Very disheartening to lose such progress from the little game time I get!
Platform is ps4
