What happens when the bug occurs? My progress doesn’t save to my account. When I win a match or get xp from a game I’m getting it after the match ends in the main menu but if I close the game or start a new match all the progress/xp/wins/placement matches/battle pass stars disappear, have been stuck on lvl 24 and battle pass level 9the whole day (13.08.21) Need help as quickly as possible or I’ll delete this garbage…
What should be happening instead? All the progress should save to my account
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know, in your data base maybe…
I have bought 15€ worth of stuff, if you can’t fix my problem I want a refund.

I understand the issue you've faced is frustrating and annoying. It's been a reoccurring issue for the vast majority of players on Console.
Best thing you can do is wait for a patch or for Respawn to launch an investigation as it is a server side issue and nothing we can do to fix it ourselves.

Honestly I have no idea considering Respawn has not yet released a tweet acknowledging the issue. They either don't know about it or are currently working on a patch already. It all depends on whether they tweet that they're launching a investigation and after that, it usually depends on the severity of the issue.
Considering this has been affecting a large majority of the Console player base, it should be fixed today or tomorrow.
Keep yourself updated with Respawn on twitter because that's the best thing we can do as of now.
