[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

What happens when the bug occurs? i just finish do my daily mission battlepass (level 31), after that i shutdown my ps4 to take a rest.. and after that i relogin apex legend game and i found my battlepass drop into level is 30 and all daily mission reset.. and i try finish all daily mission battle pass until leve up (level 31) and i restart the game and,,,,,, the problem still same,,, all daily mission reset and stuck at level 30 (Battlepass) hope EA team can solve this problem
What should be happening instead? the battlepass level should not drop after finish daily/ weekly mission
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i restart the game and my battlepass level drop from level 31 into 30...
