[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

Hi, looking for help..

My level keeps resetting on apex legend, new to the game yesterday and reached level 10 to get involved in the ranked arena and I've went back on this morning to it saying level 1 but my cosmetic stuff is still intact although I need to reselect it all. Settings have stayed the same though.. any help would be greatly appreciated
