[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

Hi, I've had this issue since yesterday and I have called up on EA help three times and the last person who I called told me to make this issue aware as they are going to tell the higher-ups about it.

So my issue is that every time I make progress in the game (eg level up and open my daily box) I don't receive these items, I level up to 198 but don't receive a box and what I woud normally do is restart my game but the issue is when I DO restart my game I lose all my progress and it sets me back to before I level up and like I have made 0 progress. This is super infuriating and It is 100% a  bug in game or with the serves because the other EA people said (yesterday) to restart my game, restart my system, restore my licenses and then if it didn't work uninstall my game which didn't help at all. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. I CAN'T PLAY THE GAME AT ALL. MY PROGRESS ISN'T BEING SAVED AND I'VE BEEN PLAYING FOR HOURS AND NO PROGRESS HAS BEEN SAVED.

When I called up yesterday I was the first one to make awareness of this issue and since then a lot of others have complained too. Please. Can you fix this bug so I can play this game. I've been really enjoying it recently and its a shame because I have been super frustrated by this bug and It makes me want to quit.
