[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

Hi, 

I played a bunch of ranked games yesterday and I went from Silver I to almost Gold III; however, when I loaded the game again now to get on, all my progress from yesterday has been reset and I've been put back to Silver. It shows my progress with gold in the lobby on my nametag however, in in-game and the mode selection menu, it shows it as silver. I tried playing a game to see if it was just a visual bug but my rp loss was the same as in silver. I also closed and restarted the game but it hasn't changed multiple times.

Please can this be fixed and looked into because it is a shame that I managed to play quite a lot and that it was all pretty much useless!
