When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 13th of August 2021 didn't realise what was happening till 14th of August 2021

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't level up anything since the game last properly saved which was yesterday I can play the game notmally but can't progress at all
What should be happening instead? I should be progressing properly
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure it just randomly happened to me my friends haven't experienced it only I have

- @Cathal_Deery06 same thing happened to me I keep logging in and getting the same items and i will play do quests and all the sudden it will just reset back to the last save and it happened the same day when you made this post.
Yeah this has happened to me but how do you fix this?
we can't fix it we have to wait for the devs to do something
yeah, i even got my first hammer whilest doing the weekly challange, my first hammer, was happy as hell, could equip it for one game, after that its gone, and my weekly progress is gone too. having a tone of cheaters, bad matchmaking and now this... i lost the fun...
I was on tier 34 last night now I’m 28 again
Im also having this problem and it also took away everything I purchased in the Apex Store yesterday

Same thing Has Been Happening to Me but this time I hit Plat 4 and Got Reseted to The Beginning of Gold 1 live in Game. Also Every time I Restart My Game its like my progress did not save like at all on Playstation 4. I have a Live Stream that Shows Proof That this Happened. Same with me went from plat 2 to diamond 4 after playing all day yesterday and also got 3k damage badge with wraith. Logged on today my badge is gone and I’m in plat 2 😩😩😩😩
i contacted EA support about this and they didn’t tell me when it’ll get fixed, they just said to wait for their twitter to announce the bug fix, i also asked if i play right now, will all my progress be updated when it’s fixed? they said it’s best to just wait for the bug to be fixed before grinding. I also asked if i will get any reward for my troubles and they said they’ll ask them to give us a reward for our troubles. really frustrated tho, won a few games and grinded my challenges just to realise none of it was saved...EA gotta get their * together man, so many stupid bugs in this game that just ruins the fun. they better reward us good for this lmao.
