[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

Hello! 

I had got 500 packs so I could get Wraith’s heirloom. I got a bunch of cool skins and such. So I spent a good 20 minutes messing with all the options. However, when I leave the game or close it, all the changes I made disappear. The skins are still unlocked but they won’t stay equipped. I’m on console and not sure what to do. I just want to be able to change my skins and such. I tried uninstalling and redownloding the game. Nothing has worked.
