Where did the issue occur? Opening up the game after waking up
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was in lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Around 20
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) The games were played on 8/13 and everything was tracked. When I logged in today on 8/14, none of the progress was saved.
How often does the bug occur? Today
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to my rank!
What happens when the bug occurs? All the rp I gained in ranked from yesterday did not carry over when I signed in today.
What should be happening instead? I leveled up my rp in ranked arenas to plat3, when I log in today I am at gold 1
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Keep track of the rp progress and put my rank back to where I was at
