Hello @henzz96.
This issue has been happening to the vast majority of the playerbase on Console lately.
I have gotten news from @EAHelp that Respawn is investing the issue currently and hopefully should release a fix today.
Try the following steps to try prevent this issue happening again:
1. Launch Apex.
2. In the home screen, access data center.
3. Pick another server with a low ping but different from the one you was previously in.
