[Mega Thread] Progress lost on logging out

Me to man..I dont know what to do

when I’m playing apex ranked the rp i get does not save and I’m stuck at 30 rp

It keeps happening with me and I’m getting very mad

My ranked matches are not being tracked i had to reconnect to the game. Now i am back at 5292 but i was at 5500

I was gold IV today and after a few hours break I logged back in and it changed my ranking back down to silver 1. Im missing around 300 points. 

Hi, I too am experiencing this issue. I woke up today and when I hopped on the game had me stuck on 8938 RP. I hopped on with my friends who were trying to chase predator. I gained over 750+ RP today but my account keeps getting reset. I had a winning streak of +202’s then I restarted my application and I didn’t have any of those points apply. I also tried losing points intentionally and when I lost those points and reset the app I was still at a static 8938. I’m not sure how to fix the issue, but me and my friends have been chasing predator and it’s very frustrating not being able to advance in the race. I added a photo to show the distance with the first reset which took 300 points from me

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. When I close the game and come back I lose all the recent progress of all kind

What happens when the bug occurs? I started the game today as usual and played for more than an hour، closed the game and come back to find the everything was reset to the previous day progress as if I didn't play at all today.. so I played again and closed PS4 then wanted to play apex again to find out that I lost all the recent progress again, as I'd the game is stuck at yesterday and refused to track any new progress and that includes (Flash Arena event - Kills - Battle pass level up and most importantly RANK) I hit gold 1 three times today and come back to find myself gold 2 ://
What should be happening instead? Is to have my progress saved
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know

You can see in the image how the game refused to update me into Gold 1 left down corner while above my name it says that I hit Gold 1

same my rp got set back to the beginning of Gaming Session wasted my time only to find out i need to get all those rp again nice.
