Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Fragment West (Worlds Edge)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Game Had Crashed For The 4th Time Today So I Was Loading Back In To Finish Match

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What happens when the bug occurs? The Game Crashes And Closes The App Out Then When I Load Back In It Either Crashes Again Or Freezes
What should be happening instead? It Shouldnt Be Crashing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly I Dont Know I Have a Video Of It Posted On My Twitter/ I Dont Know If The Video Is Gonna Upload Or Not I Tried To Attach It But It Says Unsupported Extension Type

    Hey hey @wannabeballa13,

    I've checked the post on your Twitter and the icons in the top right are indicating Packet loss and Latency (High ping)

    I recommend turning the performance display on in case this happens again.

    You can turn it on by going to:

    Settings > Gameplay > Performance Display (Set to ON)

    That way you can check your ping in-game and see if you're actually getting high ping.

    Both Packet Loss and Latency issues can be caused by using WiFi.

    If you're using WiFi then it's recommended to use Ethernet as WiFi isn't a stable medium to game on.

    Another cause could be the route your connection is taking, which is usually related to your ISP.

    It's recommended to contact your ISP and check for any ongoing issues, they might be having some issues that would only affect the route to the Apex Datacenters.

    Changing your Datacenter in-game might be a fix though, as you'd most likely be taking a different route.

    Ever since season 17 update my game has frozen up on me and for a few seconds it seems like it's fine and then the game completely crashes and goes to my Xbox dashboard. I've been playing since season 1 and it has never done this to me until season 17.

    Good luck getting an answer! It's been reported on for going on three months now and EA/Respawn do not care at all. They just want us to suffer and not play their game properly. 🙂 Might as well just uninstall.
