I'm glad there's a fix after a long time, still, after that long time and nobody addressing the problem but rather keeping us on the line of solving it by ourselves, I really don't feel appreciated by the devs themselves, no communication, just dismissal. Glad for you people who play the game even after all that, on my side I just left the game. The disrespect the community suffers will never end if we don't address their wrongdoings against us. That's all from me, peace.
Cheers to Global Shock who could remain calm after this long.
Thank you very much guys, i really appreciate it and i'm glad that i was able to help some of you with the tests i have done.
@LeanCu1sine, If you haven't tried it yet, consider reinstalling Windows. This can fix problems caused by corrupted Windows files and rule out any doubts about it being a Windows-related issue. While we know the main problem lies with EA, a clean Windows installation can help cover all possibilities.
If you need assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to me anytime.

The positive news is that the EA developers are aware of this issue. I reached out to RSPN_Thieamy on Reddit with the assistance of @centuryt91 post, providing him with all the details and test results regarding the issue we are experiencing. His response was:
The not-so-good news is that there's no set timeline for a full resolution, and it could take a few more weeks ( hopefully )
I'll continue to comment and offer help whenever needed, but at this moment, I've reached a point of exhaustion and don't have the energy to keep posting consistently. I kindly request that you thoroughly read my main post and review all the tests I've conducted before attempting them again, to avoid duplicating efforts. ( i will update the main post soon as i've done most testing last 2 weeks ago ).
I wanted to let you know that I've updated the main post with a new list of tests that I've conducted, all of which failed to resolve the crashing issue. This was when the issue was still occurring a couple of days ago.
I hope this information proves helpful and saves you some valuable time in troubleshooting this issue!
Hey GlobalShock, and ofc to everyone aswell, current update on Apex from me, saw buncha people said that their game started running normally again, so i tried playing it again today.
Run some quick test by spending roughly more than 10 minutes on firing range, i'd say i think it was 13-14 minutes, then jump straight to Trios. Well it doesnt say much since i didnt manage to stay and get to play alot with how quick trios games is but i got several matches, which i know in some matches i should've crashed, i didn't.
Second test, i decided to run some ranked games, where you can get upwards to 15+ minutes per game, got several games where i should've crashed when i hit around ring 3 or ring 4, i ran through them like a champ, aka i didnt crashed at all, it goes for about 1.5 almost 2 hours of gameplay. No crashes.
So, my conclusion is i think it's Fixed(?) but im gonna try again tomorrow and the day after to see if it stays.

Correct, it seems the 15-minute crashing issue has been resolved. However, there are still crashes/freezes occurring roughly every 3 hours of gameplay. I recently reinstalled Windows a couple of days ago because my PC was running a bit slow, and that resolved the issue at that time. But now, the game occasionally freezes every 3 hours when you're in the legends selection screen, which can potentially result in LP loss if you're playing ranked. Currently, we are able to play, but I'd recommend restarting the game every 2 and a half hours to prevent the freeze from happening.
This issue has been going on all season long. I've tried verifying the inegrity of the game, uninstall/reinstall, cleaned up my hard drive and freed up more space, etc. My computer is fully up to date too. Nothing I have done to troubleshoot on my end has worked. Now it's freezing in game as well.
UPDATE : Still happening, after every piece of advice followed on here for the past 2 weeks, it is still crashing to DT. Last night was great after FTTP IP change , but back to normal crashing now.
Please try the VPN solution mentioned in my main post and let me know if you still encounter the same issue. Not all VPNs can resolve this problem.
Regarding the freeze when loading into a game, this happens every 2-3 hours. To prevent it, simply restart the game every 2 hours until Respawn resolves the issue. I'm facing the same issue with the game freezing when loading, and it's cost me 800 LP. This has been quite frustrating and made me give up on ranked this season.
It appears your game is crashing with the error message "EasyAntiCheat unloaded successfully" due to a corrupted anti-cheat file. This shouldn't be a complex issue to resolve. I believe reinstalling the game should fix this problem. (Verifying the game won't work, but a fresh installation should resolve it.), that's an issue on your end, it could be corrupted files and it also could be firewalls blocking the anti cheat from loading.
I hope this helps
Feel free to add me on Steam or EA. If I take a while to respond, there are times when I might forget to reply!

I have reinstall the game two times on steam and 3 times on ea to different nvme and ssds. I have also run the easy anti cheat repair and clean reinstall of it also separately.
@Scumbalina, it's clear that something is preventing the anti-cheat from loading correctly. This could be related to firewalls or a Windows files corruption. To determine if the issue is on your end or not, consider reinstalling Windows.
I've faced a similar issue in the past where a virus caused my PC to behave erratically, and it took me 2-3 days to identify the problem. After reinstalling Windows, the issue was completely resolved.
Yep, thank you mate. I work from home and cannot reinstall windows as the amount of software that would need reinstalling after that would be immense!!
I've tried a roll back and still not working, so I'll just have to take it this time! I'll wait until I actually need to reinstall for something more than apex.
@Scumbalina, That's unfortunate mate, If you have a laptop or another PC you can test apex on ( on the same internet connection ) please try that. It will help determine if the issue is apex or PC related.
Yes, it did work for a few hours the other day after resetting the FTTP, and I am starting to think the easy anti cheat is a coincidence as it would unload after a crash anyhow? Then I may be inclined to look at EAC as it is just shutting down anyhow?
I just cannot see anything at all going on, CPUID running, no log errors, no actual error, no CPU or GPU spikes, VPN on/off...ohhh maybe I'll tether my phone (5g) to it and play.
To rule that issue out . Thanks for the brain storm!
@GlobalShock Ironically my Apex has started randomly hanging and crashing now. I've tried all the normal stuff and everything else that I could think of. Still crashes so I'm trying your VPN solution and have had no more crashes since. Fingers crossed that this permanently sorts it.
If your ISP provides dynamic IP service, try turning your router/modem off and on. This should resolve the issue as your IP will change.
The whole problem is related to IPs, something on EA's end is causing our IPs to be blocked, leading to the connection being lost after a while of being connected to EA servers. Running a new IP should fix this issue.
But this is a serious issue that EA needs to resolve. Additionally, the game is crashing for everyone every 3 hours of gameplay, which is a different issue than the one we are currently facing.
Hopefully, EA can fix these issues soon. It's surprising for such a big company to struggle with these bugs, which are important problems to fix asap.
@GlobalShockGreat to hear from you again buddy. There's defiantly something going on at EA with regards to Apex. They used to be much more responsive. I also see a lot of recycled skins in the shop and much less new stuff. Maybe they cut the dev, designers and test team numbers down?
@PistolSkin No idea what's going on at EA, but I am really disappointed. It's been 5 months now, and EA hasn't been able to resolve this issue permanently, causing users' IP to get blocked and then getting kicked out of the game session every 15 minutes.
If they were communicating with us, things would've been much better, but they choose to stay quiet. In doing that, they are ruining their own reputation. I understand there are toxic people, but they can simply answer the ones that are nice instead of being fully quiet.
@GlobalShock I'm getting extremely frustrated as well. I regularly raise genuine bug reports and include as much detail as possible including screen shots and videos etc, but never hear anything back from EA (which I used to on most of my bug reports). I even have a YouTube channel with demonstration videos of the bugs going back years. I'm getting to the point where I feel like I'm just wasting my time filling in bug reports and trying to be helpful as they are just ignored by EA with zero feedback.
@GlobalShockThis isn't even on the Trello board as being Investigated. I know the board doesn't show everything but you think that something as major as the game just randomly crashing out all the time would be up there. Based on that, it looks like they are either ignoring the bug or have removed it from the list because it's been unresolved for over 5 months. I've reported bugs before that they think are fixed but actually aren't, so it's also possible that they think that the issue has been resolved. I reported a Mirage bug that took over 2 years to fix because they thought they had already fixed it - even though I kept reporting every season that it was still broken. Fingers crossed that this one will be fixed in less than 2 years.

The lack of communication from EA regarding the persistent challenge of users IP addresses being blocked, leading to frequent removal from game sessions every 15 minutes, is truly frustrating. Consistent communication with the community is really important to address such significant issues. The community's insights can play a crucial role in determining the problem. Unfortunately, until EA decides to communicate with us, there is nothing we can do.
The only temporary solution available involves users with dynamic IP restarting their router/modem to change their IP address, which will resolve the Apex crashing issue.
Others are left with two options: using a VPN or considering a change of ISP or requesting the ISP to change their IP address if possible.
