    An update has been released for all platforms that should fix this issue. Thanks for being patient while it was under investigation!

I am on xbox one and everytime I go to battle pass or shop section in the tabs it never let's me go and it gives me this error message (on the file attached). I'm not sure what is going on and it is only one my main account not on my other accounts. Please help me and let me know when this is fixed or looked at.
