I have the same problem and sometimes it doesn’t let me in saying that there is an error code 100

Okay everyone I figured out how to fix it albeit if its only temporary. If you get an Apex Pack and click the lower right "Apex Coins" it takes you to the store and you should be able to scroll to the left!!! Hope this helps!!
