Hello!
It's been over 10 hours that I'm facing this issue, as for now my main issues are:
- I cannot see any quests/challenges by the right side.
- Everytime I get an item through the event (or the last I got, which was around when the issue started), it shows the Red sign as there is a new one, I click, equip, everytime I relog it comes back up showing as new, rollbacking
- By the end of the match I get a blank screen without any information, I mean, the layout is there, no info filled.
What have I done thus far:
Followed every step on the advanced troubleshoot guide provided by the EA Help, which doesn't make any sense because the issue only happens with ONE account, if I use another on the same PC/connection, it works correctly.
Reinstalled, repaired, ran as administrator, cleaned Origin's cache, backed the latest cloud version of my profile from the cloud.
Talked to the support team for about 5 hours straight, which they said "We have done everything, all you can do is wait for it to be solved by itself, meanwhile you can open a topic to gain the attention from the developers", which is beyond absurd, no SLA, no ETA, no escalation, just I don't care, not happening to everyone, find yourself a way to get in touch with someone that can help.
Tried logging the account on another PC, from another country (remotely), hence using different OS, different connection, servers, same issue.
Any thoughs?
Slighty part of my massive conversation, as for now, if I'm the only one with this issue, it's not even going to be looked for:
Ida (08/04/2020 17:44:45): Yes, I have now everything register in your case, I talked with the specialist's team and they believe that it is an issue that The studio will have to look into. they are waiting a few more cases like yours to the studio check. Your case now is with this team.

Ida (08/04/2020 17:47:36): Yes, we have done all the troubleshooting, now we have to wait for more cases for the specialist's team to pass on to The studio.

I got the same problem on Xbox and it has just started, really mad I can’t pick any of my challenges, while right side of screen except for the links to patch notes and socials for the game are there

I've tried reinstalling and no good they has to be hit on apex server-side

Same here, I'm on Xbox and I've already downloaded the game twice and still no fix

- 5 years ago@OdjiSplice1323 Hey guys I'm an Xbox player on 4/10 3pm CST my dallies and challenges were showing up, I received all my progress points for the 3 days everything was disappeared for and completed the event, I received all my items as promised in the event. The only thing that has not changed is the bloodhound banner is still showing a notification, it won't go away as "seen or equipped". So hopefully that will be fixed soon. I've noticed some people are having problems with reaching a new rank status with not receiving a badge for the next level, I'm a platinum player and I've received each badge with no problem. I hope this helps for you guys!
