Hello!
It's been over 10 hours that I'm facing this issue, as for now my main issues are:
- I cannot see any quests/challenges by the right side.
- Everytime I get an item through the event (or the last I got, which was around when the issue started), it shows the Red sign as there is a new one, I click, equip, everytime I relog it comes back up showing as new, rollbacking
- By the end of the match I get a blank screen without any information, I mean, the layout is there, no info filled.
What have I done thus far:
Followed every step on the advanced troubleshoot guide provided by the EA Help, which doesn't make any sense because the issue only happens with ONE account, if I use another on the same PC/connection, it works correctly.
Reinstalled, repaired, ran as administrator, cleaned Origin's cache, backed the latest cloud version of my profile from the cloud.
Talked to the support team for about 5 hours straight, which they said "We have done everything, all you can do is wait for it to be solved by itself, meanwhile you can open a topic to gain the attention from the developers", which is beyond absurd, no SLA, no ETA, no escalation, just I don't care, not happening to everyone, find yourself a way to get in touch with someone that can help.
Tried logging the account on another PC, from another country (remotely), hence using different OS, different connection, servers, same issue.
Any thoughs?
Wanted to mention I am on Xbox One and having the same issue. It occured around 11:00am pst after I exited a match and is still ongoing.

Hello!
For me it fixed when i went to my video setting and switched my aspect ratio and then switched back to native.
I can see the challenges now.
