[Megathread] blank match summary, missing the old ways event challenges

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby and my old ways event quests are gone and I don't get battle pass experience for matches as well as all my daily and weekly challenges are gone.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. It said server invalid or something like that and sent me to main menu then it wasnt working when I got back on.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Alot
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today 08.04.20 don't know the time.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? My event tracker is gone so I can't get any rewards from your event. My daily and weekly challenges are gone and can't view them. And there is a red bubble notification on bloodhounds new pose TilValhall and it won't go away even after I equip it and play a match. I also don't earn any battle pass experience for matches anymore this is gamebreaking please fix.
What should be happening instead? I should be completing my quests and getting my Gibraltar skin once I complete them all. I also should be completing all my daily and weekly challenges.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to do it but if you could use my profile you could see it.

This didn't happen until after I unlocked the TilValhall and I saw that other people had the same exact thing I think it has something to do with that or the skins maybe.
