I can confirm that changing the video resolution will make the challenges show up again on the screen, but they do not persist after one game.  This is the same case for Full screen and window modes. This can be easily tested in the firing range and then exiting to lobby.

Also Experiencing this issue, Xbox One X. Tried Reboots, Uninstall/Reinstall, Clearing cache.

    iam also getting this issue, it happened when i unlocked the valhalla pose, it keeps showing it with a red dot, even if i re-equip the pose to bloodhound, the red dot stays, now i cant see my daily quest or the event quests, i dont know if they are still being counted or not, sucks bcuz i was almost done with hemlok 10 hs quest, the problem has to do with unlocking this new pose.

      @NoAelemeNt also this has been the best bug that has ever happened to me, i fixed it by lowering my resolution, thus improving my fps and optimization and now i own by like 10 fold, ty respawn for the bug. I droped from 1920 1080,,, to 1280 720

      Yeah I have this exact same issue, I also can't progress on the event.
