[Megathread] blank match summary, missing the old ways event challenges

Same exact issue for me on Xbox. X-posting here from Reddit:

Xbox player here, GT is same as my name here. Starting today around 8pm EST I no longer could make any progress on challenges and I can’t even view them anywhere anymore. Also when a match ends, I can’t see the match summary report. It’s just a big red blank box.

I played for hours with a buddy and I know I placed top 10 enough times and did enough damage to earn the 2000 point event Gibby skin but it never unlocked for me. We played an extra two hours beyond him getting it and still no luck. Also, the little box for “news” and the “old ways” and “follow us” tabs has now moved to the top right of my lobby menu screen, thus disappearing my list of challenges. Please help! I’m a Bloodhound main and don’t wanna miss out on all this stuff!!!

Edit: Also, after every single match, no matter how many times I inspect the TilValHall banner pose, it continually shows it as though I haven’t inspected yet and the red dot persists.
