I also have this problem but when I do the video change to get my quests back I noticed that even though I finished the quests the bar for the event did not progress. It's at 1500/2000 and since you get 200xp per quest that should be impossible.

    @EdgewaIkers Oh actually, I only switched from fullscreen to borderless windowed (since otherwise I can't screenshot, thanks) and I too have 1500/2000, completed all of the event quests fo far.
