More than a day of the reported issue, still can't get to work, no updates.

@EA_Kent 

I'm missing the content from the event which I should have earned by now, is this going to be fixed as well or am I missing the event for good?

Okay, since they are nowhere near fixing this and there's no update by the last 20 hours.

I found myself a workaround.

Change the resolution to any other, and then go back to the resolution you are used to. E.g.:1920x1080 to 1600x900 and then go back to 1920x1080.

You should be able to access the quest and event panel after doing that, if you relog, it will go back to the same issue, so, it's just to keep track of your stuff.

****Not sure if it does get everything back working up, but at least you are able to get a clean screen and see what you are missing, even though you should have earned by now**** XD

    No EA personnel can get us any clues so far ... what's going on ? We need the game progression.

    @Bad_No_BaNg Thank you! Changing display in game video settings fixed it. Switched them back and still have it. Closed out of Apex and Origin > relaunched and issue is back. I have nVidia GTX 1660 Super and installed the nVidia Control Center app during driver updates. Might be this messing with my default resolution or taking over windows resolution settings or something like that. I'll play with that too & if I can find a permanent fix will post back.

      @Nietsche95 it does solve temporarily as I said, but the quests still don't track, nor anything else. Just to get to see what we are missing. 🙂

        @Bad_No_BaNg Just an update,I tried with nVidia Control Center completely closed, still have issue. Also I don't think the resolution setting in nVidia Control Center nor Windows 10 display settings matters, as I can leave both as is (1920x1080) but just adjust in game and it will fix it while in the lobby and clicking Match Summary icon. However after the next match the orange frame is still blank.
        Also just to note in case it's relevant, it seemed to happen after I got a new Bloodhound Banner Pose of Til Valhall. Every time the issue comes back I get that small red circle telling me I have a new Heroes > Banner > Pose > Til Valhall. It's almost like my profile is not updating that I've seen it, equipped it, unequipped it 20x, it still pops up as new every time the issue comes back after a match.
        Anyway, just a heads up & a bit more info to add. Thanks again! 🙂
