@XHelperZ Yeah, using the replicator again restores functionality. I think what's going on is that when you're grabbing items off of the replicator or going back into it to craft more items, (it doesn't matter what you craft or if the crafted items were yours), the game seems to think you're in the replicator's UI screen, so everything that's locked by the replicator remains locked. This is also why Mobile Respawn Beacons seems to be doing the same thing. I've only had it happen with replicators.
Another reason why I think the game is bugged into thinking you're in the replicator UI screen, is because you typically won't walk around when using the replicator until after you had crafted your item, and you wouldn't pull out your guns while using the replicator either. Another thing is that it also doesn't block the usage of deathboxes, doors, and most likely teammate's abilities like Valkyrie's ult, (haven't tried using a Valkyrie ult, but I assume it would let you use things like Valkyrie's and Loba's ults).
These are things that you wouldn't be able to do while using a replicator even if nothing got locked in the first place. As far as I know, you can't throw a Horizon tactical, Octane ult, or anything at a person using a replicator to cause them to move, or even move them with a Wraith ult. The person should be locked in place until they exit the replicator.
The only methods I've learned that would fix the problem are as follows:
- Reusing the replicator (you have to wait a moment once you get back on it, as leaving too quickly won't exit the bugged state)
- Get knocked and revived
- Get killed and respawned
I think the reason why these work is because they update the state of the inventory and tells the game "hey... this player isn't crafting anymore".
Causes for the bugs that I've ran into:
- Trying to take an item off the replicator and then instantly going back to crafting (most likely stacks the "UI", so when you leave it the second time, it still thinks you're using it)
- Trying to take items off the replicator that I had either crafted, teammate crafted for me, or an enemy player had crafted it while having a full inventory (most likely thinks that you just got onto the replicator to craft an item, especially if you tried taking the item off more than once)
- Repeated crafting one item after another
