    Edit: A server-side patch has been applied to address this issue, your quests should reset properly now.

@EA_Kent Hey, could you make sure that not only the problem is fixed, but that the people who were affected get some compensation? Like I easily lost 2 or 3 BP from this, and probably 1k event points for the two week event.
