Some friends have the same issues but others do not.
I have the same problem and its infuriating. The guys from Support suggested I should repair the game. I did that and it did not fix it. They they told me I should reinstall the game because that surely will fix the issue. IT DID NOT FIX IT. And today my only option was to send an EMAIL AGAIN TO THEM to tell them to help me. They will answer it in 72 hours, thats 3 days that I lose from progressing my level and rank.
It is not fair and this kind of MAJOR BUG should be fixed ASAP.
As we speak as time goes by, we lose the opportunity to get our event rewards and battle pass rewards, which is NOT FAIR.
Please developers and the support team, WAKE UP this is a MAJOR ISSUE with the game.
