Edit: A server-side patch has been applied to address this issue, your quests should reset properly now.

I have a pretty good idea what caused this - hopefully this can help Respawn figure out a fix if they haven’t already.

The Lost Treasure event launched at 8am PT, which was 2 hours earlier than usual. After updating, players were given access to the following week’s Weekly Challenges and the next day’s Treasure Packs, as well as the new Event Challenges.

After completing one of these challenges and/or collecting a new Treasure Pack in the 2-hour window before the reset (8-10am PT), the timers for these respective items then become “broken” with a 5 day reset instead of 1 day. In addition, at some point during this window, the Weekly Challenges that had previously been revealed were then hidden until 10am PT as normal. (note: I can not be sure whether I completed any of the weekly challenges in this window, but I do know I was able to view them initially)

As far as I‘m aware, nobody who began playing after 10am PT on Tuesday has been affected by these issues, which further supports this theory.

@ATONAT I think you've gotten it right. Even on my account that has the challenge issue, I didn't happen to get a treasure pack until after the 2 hour window, so I don't have the extended cooldown on treasures.

As of this morning, we don't have an update on this yet, but as soon as we have something we'll let folks know.

Will it be fixed by today because if not we need to be given 1000 ltm things and 10000xp for the battle pass. However thanks for the update

@EA_David hiya im glad someone understands this trouble much of us are now facing and was wondering when this gets fixed will there be any compensation for the ones affected depending on how long this problem goes on for?

will we be rewarded with treasure packs we missed, bp levels, and event points to compensate with this problem?

    I also have the same issue. And yes, not all players can afford to "catch up" and to make up for lost time, I sure hope we'll get compensated in one way or another.

hello
the same problem with dailies and event challenges.
i am was playing the day 23.06, when changes happen. It was double change of daily challenges somehow.
today i'm trying to recheck the game in origin? this doesnt help.
maybe there's connection with tech testing status also
i propose to extend event quest challenges after issue is fixed
