How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot see any challenges and when I click the “about” tab for the Grand Soirée the game crashes
What should be happening instead? I can actually see and progress the challenges
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test your broken game before you push out a scammy microtransaction event.
No challenges are visible and I have no way to look at them, trying to look at my event challenge scorecard results in a crash
I’m having the exact same problem with challenges not showing up. It started today after I completed all the grand soirée challenges yesterday. It won’t show me any of my challenges now. I’ve restarted and shut off my PS4 and now I’ve had to make an EA account to find out a solution. My gamer tag is BloodBeazy on PS4. Hopefully the issue can get resolved before the next event game comes out so I don’t miss out on complete the event challenges and the rewards.

Its so frustrating. I am also having a problem with progressing battlepass with my current challenges. I have challenges in progress yet they are highlighted as complete and I cannot finish them. The only thing left for me to do is dailys.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I press about on the new event to c my progress it freezes and the bug pops up and I can not see my challenges for the event
What should be happening instead? It should let me c my challenges and it should not freeze and press about to c my progress
