    Hello,


    Some players will have had RP removed this season. If this is the case for you, please check the email address associated with your EA account, there should be an email with details of the action taken. 

    If you have no email, please be sure to check your spam/trash folders.

What happens when the bug occurs? I updated my game today only to find no ranked rewards from Season 3 and my current rank says “Master” but “Silver 2” in bottom left hand corner. I reached Apex Predator #395 last season and am looking for my game to be updated with the rewards I earned.
What should be happening instead? I should have the Season 3 Apex Predator Dive Trail, banner badge, and gun charm
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure

    I have the same issue but i am on PC. was rank 3769 and didnt receive my trail or badge.

      What happens when the bug occurs? The game is showing incorrect stats for series 2 stating that I was at gold when I hit apex predator i'm also not recieving rewards for hitting apex predator I also have screenshots of when i hit apex predator. Nothing i do works to restore the rank i had at end of season or to claim rewards.
      What should be happening instead? I should have the correct ending rank and rewards that i worked for.
      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly i just want my dive trail and weapon charm for hitting predator

      Heard anything? I was ranked 5k pred season 3 and now season 4 I am silver I and no dive trails or badges to be had. Silver 1! Thats below pred, masters, plat, diamond, gold... what happened to the 1.5 soft tier demotion?

        Same 7 hours a day  ranked for 5 week finally get predator and where is my reward!!!

        I also didn't get my rewards. It tells me I ended up at platinum 4. I was apex predator #911 and now puts me at silver 2. Please fix soon. I want to grind rank as soon as possible

        What a * move. So many legit players got scrwed too * spent so many hours grinding and very excited for my drive trail but nothing *. Even purchased the battle pass immediately after season 4 opened for thanking the devs but when i checked my rewards nothing pfff. Im done with this game * want a refund for all my purchase smh.

    I am having the same issue i finished the season as Apex Predator and i didn't get a badge , charm or a dive trail and it shows me as i finished the season as plat 3 and now in the new season i started as silver.This needs to be fixed asap!

    Same issue ! Finished Diamond but got Gold rewards.. and when i join the ranked lobby i still have diamond badge but im dranked to silver 3. got a screenshot of it

      My account is showing that I was  a platinum 2 for season 3 I finished as pred this need to be fix I play this game to mich and spend to mich money to not get my rewards please fix I play on Xbox my name is Eastcoast#6305 I have photos proving it and clips

      Dashboarded just like everyone else that's posting in this chat..

      But.. the one thing that bothers me is that the people i played with (who benefited from dashboarding) all kept their pred rewards!

      Leads me to wonder how they decided to choose the players to derank. If you ask me.. they probably set back a percentage of the players, because if they reset all.. they would have killed their community. Just uninstall and/or don't buy battle pass/in-game currency!!

        This decision done it for me.

        You can't let people play until the end of season and then all of a sudden turn tables on them like they were kids

        Its like baking a big chocolate cake and dispose it in front of a child while telling him "don't eat it" 

        Of course the kid's gonna eat it ! 

        But thing is, you waited for us to eat it all, and even lick our fingers to finally errupt and say "AH GOTCHA GREEDY CHEATERS"

        Well you keep your game for yourself and those white knights that were too scared to press alt f4 David, you guys complete each other

    Got the same problem but on ps4.

    i was apex predator in ranked games series 2 . And now after updating to new season 4 i see i got a platinum badge and charm?? And no dive trail. When i look at my points i see 10040 so thats apex predator. If i wanna play a ranked game now i have to start from silver 2 ???This needs to be fixed???

    Ummmmm same dude. I’m freaking out googling why my badge and pred trail aren’t showing up. The grind was for nothing I guess. Guarantee they will forget about me. Shows platinum 4. No badge no trail nothing. I’m just so sad that I wasted all that time grinding. (The games aren’t fun because people quit constantly) I solo’d my way to pred unlike other players and this is just so sad. Please fix ☹️

      What happens when the bug occurs? Did not receive the proper rewards for being in predator last in series 2. My stats page say that I only hit platinum, when I go to select the ranked game mode it says I'm currently in silver and the icon that appears above your character when you have selected the ranked game mode that is supposed to show your current rank says I am currently in master.
      What should be happening instead? I should have received rewards from being in predator
      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? provide me with the proper rewards for hitting predator last season .

    This is the penalty for the dashboard glitch. If you abused it in season 3 ranked; you are reset back to silver 2 and don’t earn any of the ranked rewards. Sorry but this is what cheating gets you...
