Missing badge, dive trail, and demoted to silver II instead of platinum II (was predator)

I got Gold Badge instead of Predator Badge also didn't get my Skydive trail. This is so sad.

This happened to quite a few people in a discord server im in. One messaged EA and they responded with basically saying that was the result for the ones who dashboarded

Hello,
Yesterday i received an Email wich said that i used a Bug and thats why i got kicked von Predator Ranked to Platinum Ranked .
The Problem ist that i NEVER used any Bug like alt F4.
Apex Legend had a Bug wich says:
" 0x887A0005 - DXGI_ERROR:DEVICE_REMOVED" or
" 0x887A0005 - DXGI_ERROR:DEVICE_HUNG" or

This Bug is crashing this Game.
I already wrote a Message in Ranked Season 1 that i even loose Points because of Bugs like that or Disconnects but your Support told me that they can do nothing to help me.
I got this Bug (Device Hung or  Removed) every Day at least two Times.
I really like to talk or write someone because this Game has Bugs and because of these Bugs im not getting the Ranked rewards. Pls help me!

Oh my post got deleted for profanity and attacking the devs. Imagine that.

Here's where we are folks, we are being blamed for them allowing a problem to ruin the ENTIRETY of ranked. They released game mode after game mode that were, all but KC at night in the soiree, terrible. They are doing this because they decided to milk us for money while they ruined our ranked experience by doing nothing and allowing only those that follow them on social media to be aware that is was punishable, and still punishing those they warned for previous transgressions from before we were warned.

This is a call for our ranked rewards, this is a call that you push BACK because what they're doing is unacceptable whether someone abused it for this intent or not. This isnt about cheating this is about the people responsible having no power in bringing down a blanket punishment against us when not even close to all of us are guilty. It should be announced in new ranked, rewards given, and people fired for being unable to solve a simple technical issue.
