Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was in my Season 13 ranked stats trying to check my split rank.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting in the lobby for split to end

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It changes ur rank from Apex Predator to Masters rank.
What should be happening instead? It should be displaying my season 13 rank split 1 as Apex Predator
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can check Vediits Season 13 Split 1 AP (9060) and check predator point cap to see im supposed to be Apex Predator rank.
Apex Predator rewards
Last split (season 13) I had reached 9060 AP which was at least 400 above pred point cap (xbox) but whenever I go to my season 13 split 1 ranked data it says I only got masters?? Im wondering if i’ll get the rewards at the end of this season and still be able to get the animated pred badge
