Did you happen to disconnect at any point? Were you or your friend the party leader?
It's probably a long shot, but do you happen to have any clips that might highlight where this fails, like the end of the last match you played?

I went on a 28 arena win streak with rampart and it even shows it in my stats, yet somehow I don't even have the badge for winning 2 in a row 🤷♂️
