Missing Bloodhound prestige skin?

I purchased all the anniversary packs last week, decided to take a break from apex to focus on elden ring, and now it’s telling me to buy the bloodhound prestige skins again with shards? It would be great if someone can check my account and give me the skin I know I should have? I’m a day one player and really hope I didn’t just get scammed out of my money. $140 is far to high a price tag to just let something like this slide. If this cannot be compensated or fixed I will probably be quitting the game.
