Missing event packs

Hi. I've bought the discounted 4 event packs last week and only opened one (I've checked) the others 3 were never in my account. Can someone assist ? thanks

    Hey everyone,

    There are a couple separate issues at play here.

    For event packs, if you leave the pack opening screen before all packs are opened, the remaining packs will automatically open and be added to your collection. This will look like the packs disappeared, but you'll be able to check your collection manually to see what was in the other packs.

    However, what a number of you are reporting regarding the event progress being reset or lost and having the actual pack contents removed is related to the below issue, which we're still working to address. Please feel free to keep an eye out there for more updates as we get them, thanks!

    packs are bugged, as it seems from many(myself too) just dont spend money (anymore) until the fix it- if they do.

    and dont claim the free event pack cuz 90% u ll get 0 event items

    Thanks for your feedbacks ! but if I read between the lines.. and after running around the website like a headless chicken for direct EA support contact.. should I understand there is a 'no refund' policy .. ?

    Fun fact .. yesterday I was at 7/36 for the collection event.. today I am back at 5/36. 2 have disappeared lol

    Thank you for the reply, much appreciated. Really didn’t seem like I received anything from the packs “opened” though.

    Thanks for your response, I will check it out but I haven't seen anything neither. I believe that - to southe the mental breakdown we had - you could grant us the new dagger artefact. please. this has been so tough.. : ')
