Missing Founder Pack cosmetics on the PlayStation 5

The only cosmetic from the Founders Pack that I can use on the PS5 is the Founders Badge, unless I play on the PS4 edition or on the Xbox Series S. All other cosmetics from the pack are missing. from the PS5 version of the game. (Attached are some screenshots from my Xbox Series S showing that I have the cosmetics.)
