Missing Friend list + i cant add friends + they cant add me

My friend list is gone and i cant play with my friends. When my friends try to find me it says that there is no player with such name and when I search for my friends to add them it says there is no player with such name ... 

- i did  restart the game 

- i did restart the PC 

- I did everything possible .... what to do now ?

    Hi @yu66392, 

    Were you able to try any of the troubleshooting steps I linked above? We also have some Xbox-specific steps as well if the same issue is still happening. 

    Let me know if you're still having any trouble seeing your friends list afterward. Thanks!

    Do you know if your friends have had the chance to check their privacy settings to make sure they're set up to allow invites and cross-play? j

    Just to confirm, have you and your friends checked your privacy settings to make sure that cross-play and invites are enabled?

    I’m having the same issue, playing with an xbox friend, I’m on pc. Everytime we log in we have to delete and add ourselves over and over

    I’m having the same problem but through switch.

    I use switch. And my friends use PS4.

    We already checked privacy settings and cross play settings.
