In order to investigate it further, I would request you to please share the exact date and time when you had purchased it, so that we will able to validate details from our end and help you further.

@Riggsx Hey there, we're working to fix this.
It's best to not think of this as an account issue - I checked some accounts and they indeed have the skin - but a game issue, where the game isnt recognising the presence of the skin due to a bug.
We'll get this patched and the game should start seeing Elegant Aesthetic again.- 3 years ago

@Riggsx I've just done so now, and yep I can see it.
To give a little peek behind the curtain, on our internal system not every skin is labelled with the player-facing item name you guys see, rather we see an ID string. I'd guess when you reached out to support that this was the reason for the confusion.
I hope this helps clear things up, and hopefully the update to address this won't be too far off.

I logged on to my account and i was going to check out the new event and i found out that loba had a new heirloom and i was just going to play a game as her and my skin was the original skin, I thought it was a bug and it just had unequipped the skin but i was checking and the skins was not there? I am only a little annoyed because i am close to running low on legend tokens so it was just a waste of my legend tokens. " please my I get a refund on my legend tokens, NOT APEX COINS" or ether get the skin back.

@Maximillian12345 Nothing much, sorry. I believe it'll need a patch but there isn't any ETA on that.
Sometimes issues can be fixed with a server update, that doesn't seem to be the case here.
