    Hey folks!

    We did just push an update that should help address this. Please check that out below and let us know if you start seeing these rewards show up.

    These are set to go out throughout the day so please check back if you're not seeing anything right away.

    Edit: Marking this as the solution for visibility, however we'll continue keeping an eye on this thread as the correct rewards continue to roll out.

    Edit 2: Looks like we're not quite there yet, sorry folks.

    This looks to have impacted some other areas of the game, so the fix has been rolled back while that gets ironed out. 

    If we have an updated ETA as a result, we'll let you know ASAP.

    Edit 3: Editing to add a dev post on Reddit. While it doesn't provide an ETA, it hopefully provides some context on why this is taking so long.

@EA_Mako from this forum at least it seems to be an issue for those mostly in between the ending ranked rp values of the predator cap which was around 14.5k and 14,999. Everyone with an issue so far seems to be inbetween those numbers if that helps at all. We all have proof of use holding the rank though until the end of the split.

I don't have a specific timeframe to share for this, but we're aiming to have this corrected fairly quickly and once we've got more solid news to share we'll be sure to do so.

    @EA_MakoThanks for the update! Are you able to confirm that it IS a bug and that if we earned predator, we'll be getting our predator rewards?

      Thanks Mako, can you please let us know when you have a specific date and/or the bug has been fixed so we can check our specific accounts. I’ve lost all motivation to play this game tbh until it’s fixed.

      This is a bug, yes. Once we have a fix pushed out please take a look back and let us know if you're still missing anything at that point.

        Wait so is this something that is getting patched because I have yet to recieve any of my pred rewards for the second split. My gt on xbox is Vomur/SESS4P my final RP count was 14,847 which i believe still qualified for pred seeing as that i was number 546 an hour before the split ended.

    Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

    Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I loaded into the new season 12 after updating at 1 pm EST.

    What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. n/a

    Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Of my team, only one received all his rewards. While me and my other partner, they did not give us the badge for having reached predator. His ID is XKR_iKEKO

    How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? n/a

    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) February 08, 2022

    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

    How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay

    What happens when the bug occurs? I just logged into Apex Legends for Season 12. During Season 11 I maintained Apex Predator the entire second split and ended in Pred as well (22120 RP). Yet, I was given Masters badge rewards for the season. This is extremely frustrating due to the amount of time it took for me to achieve Apex Predator rank. Can you please give me some feedback on how you can fix this problem and get me the rewards I deserve? I look forward to your answer, thank you.

    What should be happening instead? They should have given me my predator badge, for reaching the 2nd split of season 11

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the amount of RP I had when the split ended (22120 RP exactly) and then look at what the cut off for #750 pred was. Please look into getting me my rewards that I deserve.

    I provided screenshots for proof.
