Community Admin@zheadgear Sorry, I can't see an unlock for the skin, is it possible you hit level 100 rather than 110? If you hit level 110 you should also have the appropriate season 9 badge, can you check for it?

I just noticed that I am still missing the reactive devotion skin from the season 9 battle pass. I have completed the battle pass and purchased it during season 9 yet I do not have both the level 100 and level 110 skins. I am an Xbox series S player.
I do have the animated badge for hitting max level on that season, I have contacted eahelp on twitter/x and they said it appears that my account was awarded the skin that season but it does not show up in my inventory any other avenues I can use to get some help with this its been a long time since I reported this and I know I'm not the only one experiencing this issue
