My "Red Rocket" wingman skin that has ONLY appeared in the store ONCE back in November 2019 is missing from my inventory along with the original "merciless wing". This skin is now the MOST rare wingman skin and i wished to use it again after using sunburst since its release in december 2019. After contacted EA help they looked through the logs but stated "our logs dont go that far back" so they cannot see my inventory. They then advised me to post it here as a "bug report" (still dont know how thats supposed to help me get my skin back unless a DEV happens to see this and believes me when their own system doesn't detect it within my account in the first place) This is incredibly frustrating as this item has been taken away from me through the fault of the game & I have been given no way of getting it back! Has anyone else lost a recolour from years ago that they KNOW they had?
