Missing Revenent Heirloom After 3 Weeks

What happens when the bug occurs? I did not receive the revenant heirloom when I bought all 24 Genesis Event packs. Even after the initial bug fix that gave some people the heirloom, I still have not received mine over 3 weeks later.
What should be happening instead? I should have the heirloom in my inventory.

I submitted video evidence that I had all the genesis items on another post where I believe someone verified I should have the heirloom. This is NOT a duplicate post because I was instructed to make another post, so please don't close it for the reason of it being a duplicate.
