Missing rewards from the imperial guard collection event

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was checking my progress of the imperial guard collection event rewards.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking the progress bar i didnt click on anything it was just already happend.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? A lot of matches it was an unknown day when it happend i just noticed it.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) I only know when i saw it it was on 15.03.2023
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It is happening the whole time i didnt recieve my rewards from the imperial guard event. I even tried to restart the game many times but still didnt get the rewards even when the event ended.
What should be happening instead? It should have gave me the rewards when you do the event challanges you the progress bar should go forward but it stood still at 1250 point so i didnt get the rewards even though i did the challanges.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think most people dont have this issue because i dont hear much from it but it happend on my account and maybe on there is more people with this issue. You can see on my account i didnt get the rewards.
I sadly dont have pictures of the progress bar because the event already ended. I hope you can fix this and i still can get mu rewards of the event…
