Missing Season 16,17 and 18 Ranked Badges

Hey so i recently checked my Profile and i saw that some ranked Badges went missing. I dont have my season 16 Diamond, my Season 17 Master and my Season 18 Diamond Badge anymore. I still have the holosprays, charms and for season 18 the Diamond banner but the badges are missing. I already opened 2 cases on the EA-Help Homepage but they are not displaying in my profile nor my email. I even have photo and video proof of getting those ranks and the other rewards but in my ingame profile it doesent even show that i played those seasons. It just says bronze and rookie with 0 games 0 everything. You can even look my name up( xXBiOtRoNiXx ) on Apex. tracker. gg that i played those seasons and hit those ranks. If an Official EA Community Manager Could help me with this matter i would be very grateful. Proof is attached below. This is driving me crazy since last week when i discovered it. Please help me because i invested so much Pain and so many Hours for finally getting to those Ranks.
