i get the 850 premium currency but i bought the 10$ version but still the 850 currrency dont make a diffrence because i cant buy pass,i have the pass bought but i dont recieving rewards from it

Just to clarify, are you not receiving any rewards at all, or are only certain rewards missing?
In the second photo you have one Caustic skin but the second is still locked, is that what you're referring to?
i got it unlocked in the pass but i dont have it in a locker and i dont recieve any rewards even that you get when you buy the bundle.

I see, thanks. Note that the bundle contents on the left are part of the Ultimate+ Battle Pass, not the Ultimate which seems to be what you have here. That would be why it's showing an upgrade offer in the corner.
That said however, you should have the other items that appear unlocked in the Battle Pass already, thanks for letting us know those still aren't showing up in your locker. I'll let you know once we have any other updates here.

Next time you get a chance to log back in, please take a look for those cosmetics from the Battle Pass itself.
Those should now be available and level rewards going forward should unlock normally from this point.i have cosmetics but still dont have apex packs from pass and this insta rewards in the yellow bracket
