Been fully updated for a while, however it does seem the latest Nvidia graphic drivers fixed it as I've not been having the issues since updating to version 456.38. I was previously using 452.06 with a GTX 1080.

Have you checked to see if there might be any updates available for ICUE? It sounds like there might be a software issue based on what you're describing.

The latest graphic drivers Version 456.71 seems to bring back this issue so I've had to roll back to the working drivers to fix this again. I'm wondering if this issue is being caused by the new NVidia reflex, so I'm curious if this feature was stealth tested a few patches ago like early September late august?
