I believe this was addressed a few hours after your post. If you try the codes again now, do they work?

@EA_David The Monster Energy campaign site will not reissue codes, but when I first noticed the problem I tried to re-enter the code that was still remaining as the last thing I had copy-pasted and the shop said that the code had already been used.

Hoping for a quick resolution. Thank you.
